The wire may be tie-wrapped to the main harness to keep it out of the way and protected.

Remove the side panel by the passenger's right foot.

Remove the plastic trim which lines the bottom of the door frame. This allows you to pull up the carpeting and reveal the channel which you can run the wire through.

Pull up the rubber moulding at the back of the door frame.

Pull out on the plastic interior panel (remove any screws first) just behind the door. You can feed the wire through holes in the sheet metal panels and it should come out on the other side near the fuel pump area.
